Emil’s interest in real estate started at an early age helping his family and friends buy and sell properties as a hobby. While working for a financial services firm after a Bachelor of Commerce degree, motivated by his passion for the field and the opportunities that real estate offers, Emil decided to dedicate his time to this field. He has now been in the industry for 12 years and has closed over 600 transactions for a total value of over $300 Million.
